Ledger.Com/Start - Manage Your Crypto Assets

Once your Ledger device is connected and paired with Ledger Live, you can manage your cryptocurrency assets, view balances, send and receive transactions, and more directly from the app.

  1. Visit the Ledger Website: Go to ledger.com/start or ledger.com to begin the setup process.

  2. Choose Your Device: Select your Ledger device model (e.g., Ledger Nano S, Ledger Nano X) on the website.

  3. Download Ledger Live: Depending on your device model, you may need to download Ledger Live for desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) or mobile (iOS, Android). Follow the instructions to download and install the appropriate version of Ledger Live.

  4. Initialize Your Ledger Device: Follow the on-screen instructions to initialize your Ledger device. This typically involves setting a PIN code and generating a recovery seed phrase.

  5. Secure Your Recovery Seed: Write down your recovery seed phrase on the provided recovery sheet and keep it in a safe place. Do not share this seed phrase with anyone.

  6. Connect Your Device to Ledger Live: Use the USB cable or Bluetooth (for Ledger Nano X) to connect your Ledger device to your computer or mobile device.

  7. Pair Your Device with Ledger Live: Open Ledger Live and follow the prompts to pair your device with the app. You may need to enter your PIN code on the device to authorize the connection.

  8. Install Apps for Cryptocurrencies: In Ledger Live, you can install apps for the cryptocurrencies you want to manage. Follow the instructions to install the corresponding apps on your Ledger device.

  9. Manage Your Crypto Assets: Once your Ledger device is connected and paired with Ledger Live, you can manage your cryptocurrency assets, view balances, send and receive transactions, and more directly from the app.
